Shipping

How quickly do you ship?
      Most orders are shipped within 24 hrs.

How is my order shipped?
      Normally all orders are shipped via UPS.  If however you would like the order shipped via special services ( Ovenight) please call us at 800-505-9999 for shipping rates.

What if my order arrives damaged?
    Call us immediately at 800-505-9999 with your invoice number.
We'll send out a replacement order and arrange to have the damaged items returned.

How much is shipping?
    Shipping is calculated by the amount of the purchase.  The charges  will automatically adjust as you add items.  You may see the charges when you view the shopping cart. All orders over $99.00 USD are shipped FREE to any one location in the contigueous 48 United States.

Returns
    We unconditionally guarantee every item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,simply return it to us within 30 days with a copy of the invoice for a full refund or exchange.  We cannot offer a refund for opened products, but will be happy to offer an exchange.

How Secure is my transaction?
   This site was developed to support secure online purchasing through secure socket layer (SSL) technology. This technology works best when the site is viewed using Chrome or Firefox. All information that you provide during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection. You'll know that you're in an encrypted area when you see a yellow bar when using Firefix or a closed lock when using Internet Explorer.

Do you accept checks?
    Yes, checks are accepted.  You must however, mail us the check with the items you wish to purchase.

Do you accept C.O.D. deliveries?
    No, all orders are either credit card or a mailed check.

Do you make gift baskets?
    No.

Can you send the package to a seperate address if I wanted to send a gift?
    Yes, and we can add a generic card with a message from you at no extra cost.

What if a product is not is stock?
    If a product is not is stock, we will NOT substitute for another.  Rather we will
send the order with the items that are in stock.

What about free shipping if an item is not is stock and the total falls under $100.00?
    If a product or products are not in stock and the value of the order goes under $100.00,
we will still honor our free shipping policy.

Do you have any hard copy catalogs?
    For many years we did, but now we are exclusively on the web.
